This building was converted from a red brick warehouse into 42 apartments back in 2004. CPM were appointed in 2012 and liaise with the appointed residential management company to carry out day to day maintenance within the building. We also carry out major works which includes upgrading all windows within the building as part of a section 20 consultation.
