West Tower

With a spire height of 459 ft and standing at 40 floors tall, West Tower is Liverpool’s tallest residential building, the joint 21 tallest in the United Kingdom (third tallest outside of London). The building commands views across the city and over the Mersey. The building has commercial offices to the fourth floor, luxury two bed apartments from the 5^th – 33^rd floor, the ‘Panoramic 34’ restaurant on the 34^th floor and penthouses from the 35^th – 39^th floor. This building requires all our expertise to manage all facilities as well as on site staff. We are extremely proud to be managing such an iconic building.
