Established in 2011, CPM has quick become one of the leading block managing agents in the Liverpool region. We pride ourselves in working with our clients in order to obtain a bespoke management package. For Lettings, we manage a large portfolio of residential properties throughout the city. Our team of property professionals have successfully found thousands of tenants new homes. We understand the importance of building an excellent rapport with both our landlords and tenants, focusing on an open dialogue and ensuring complete transparency every step of the way.
