Appointed in 2011, this building was the first building CPM were appointed as managing agents. We have been successfully managing this building for a decade and are extremely proud to do so. We liaise with the relevant residential management company in all aspects of building management. Some of the works we have carried out over the years include an upgrade to the water pump system, car park shutters as well as installation of a secure fob system throughout the building.
