CPM were appointed managers of the Collegiate in September 23. This striking building is a Grade II listed building which comprises of 96 apartments.
Formally an all-boys school which opened in 1843, it closed in 1987.
New life was injected into this fantastic building with refurbishment; re-opening to leaseholders and residents in 2000 with the project being finished in 2001.
The regeneration scheme for the Collegiate received an RIBA Housing award in 2002.
