CPM were appointed as managers via the first-tier tribunal in 2013. We worked with Leaseholders in order to make improvements within the building, which including getting a lift operational again which had been out of order for 12 months prior to our appointment. The building itself sits within a conservation area. Whilst we do not manage the commercial unit on the ground floor, CPM will liaise with them in respect of building safety and any other communal issues which can occur from time to time.
